Tuesday, July 4, Let's eat....again!!
Today, Vincent showed up with a double-edge ax. It had sharp blades and a very pointed tip. Paul brought his sword again today and he also brought his helmet made from duck tape and….swimming spaghetti floaters. How creative! Annabel arrived dressed as a middle lady with a hat and feathers. Cool – thanks to the three of you for bringing in your items and share them with us.

After our D.E.A.R. period we had three cooking stations. There was a lot of activity in that classroom. One station the children had to hull the strawberries and then squish them down to a pulp. The other station made mini pancakes using a real homemade recipe (No box stuff) and the third station was a butter making station. All we needed was a jar and 35% whipping cream. Everyone had a feast. The strawberry jam is going home in tiny containers.
