Story Makers Ste Adele

We went to Arundel Science Centre and we had a blast!

Upon our arrival we met Sylvie and she explained that our bus had rolled over a viper and that we needed to quickly see the witch. If we saw the witch, she could tells us was herbs we could get to relieve us from bad spells, such as; being too thin, having diarrhea, being dehydrated, having an upset stomach.

We went searching for the different herbs and we tasted many of them too.

We brought them back to the witch and along with a younger witch-in-training, they made herbal tea to help us feel better and get us away from evil spells. It was cool- we even saw a dead squirrel...

Arundel Science Centre is a great place to go with groups of children and discover nature and wildlife. The centre is run by Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board. Thanks to everyone who made this trip possible!
